🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following goods cannot be exchanged:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods which, by their nature, cannot be exchanged, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiration date

  • Goods not suitable for exchange due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
